DELIVERIES

Every AYR SPACE order is printed and packaged by hand in our St Ives studio. Please allow up to 3–5 working days for your order to be processed before it ships via Royal Mail Tracked 24.

If anything ever causes a delay on our end, we'll always reach out to you directly by email as soon as possible.

RETURNS

To start a return, email us at info@ayrspacestives.com with your order number and reason for return and we'll get back to you within 1–2 working days.

FAULTY ITEMS

If your order arrives with a fault, email us at info@ayrspacestives.com with your order number and a photo of the fault and we'll arrange a prepaid returns label for you.

EXCHANGES

We're not able to offer exchanges at this time, so please check the size guide carefully before ordering. If you're ever unsure, drop us a message before you buy — we're happy to help.

SENDING YOUR RETURN

Please use Royal Mail 2nd Class Signed For when returning an item — this gives you proof of postage and covers any losses in transit.

Include everything that came with your order, as incomplete returns may affect the value of your refund.

Return postage for faulty items will be reimbursed once we receive your return.
